What Shipping Method Do You Use?
We offer two methods of shipping – USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Our cart will automatically determine the lowest shipping rate available and assign whichever method returns the lowest rate to your final order.
How Is Shipping Calculated?
Because our rates come directly from the USPS API, we can estimate actual shipping costs with great accuracy. Your shipping rate will be calculated during checkout, and is based on your location and the total weight of the products you ordered. This rate will not change after purchase, and you will not be charged extra if the actual cost of shipping is higher than our cart originally calculated.
We add a small handling fee of $1.15 to every shipped order (this does not apply to digital downloads). This fee covers the costs of packaging and mailers used to ship your order.
Will You Ship Out of Country?
Yes! Dark Holler Arts will ship products anywhere on the globe!
An item from my order is damaged. How do I exchange it?
Please note that we are not responsible for products that arrive to you with damage that was caused by the Post Office. If an item arrives with damage, you should immediately photograph the product (preferably with the packaging and shipping material still intact) and file a claim with the Post Office. We will never ship and item that is already damaged.
If you have questions about the condition of a used item, please contact us before purchasing the item.
I Received the Wrong Item or the Item is Not as Described
If you receive the wrong item, or an item with a manufacturing defect, simply return it to Dark Holler Arts. We will replace it with the correct product, and offer a credit to cover your return shipping expenses after we have received and replaced the item.

Can I Return Products Because I Don’t Like Them?
No. We do not accept returns for items you don’t like. All items that are returned with be replaced with the same item. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase.
